Kia Certified Wholesale Dealer Program

The new Kia Certified Wholesale Dealer program enables qualifying Authorized Kia Dealer parts departments to become officially Certified by Kia. The program mission is to identify and promote Kia dealerships that have the right processes, systems, and facilities necessary to sell Genuine Kia Parts to Kia Certified Collision Repair Centers. This is critical to help ensure the best collision repair businesses are able to identify Kia dealers engaged in wholesale operations.

Kia Certified Parts Dealer Program Objectives

  • Develop a national network of Kia Certified Parts Dealers for Certified Collision Repairers to successfully service Kia owners' collision repairs
  • Enhance the overall Parts and Collision Repair business experience
  • Provide vehicle owners higher quality, warranted, repairs through the use of Genuine Kia Parts
  • Enhance overall repair experience after an accident in an effort to maximize loyalty to the Kia brand

Benefits of Certification

The Kia Certified Wholesale Dealer will be able to leverage their Certification to stand out from non-Certified dealers. Your Certified Parts Department receives:

  • Designation on the Kia.com Dealer Locator as a Certified Wholesale Dealer
  • Special incentives in future Kia promotions such as Parts Elite, Wholesale Incentives, and Collision Parts Events
  • View and download a list of independent repair shops up to 150 miles outside of the dealership via the Expanded IRF in ServiceView™
  • Obsolescence accrual increases from 2.5% to 3.5%
