Ford Certified Repair Facility Program
To become Ford Certified or Recognized (independently owned body shops) you must have all of the tools, equipment, training, and facilities required (Capabilities Assessment) to ensure you can properly repair Ford and Lincoln vehicles to manufacturer's specifications.
By enrolling and completing all steps and complying to all of the Ford requirements your shop will become an official "Ford Certified Collision Care Provider." Your shop will receive special recognition and and gain exclusive promotional benefits such as: Ford Certified signage, shop locator listing on consumer-facing websites, and coming soon listing in smart phone apps and other referral methods. You also have access to optional marketing and promotional tools exclusive to this program.
NOTE: The new Ford Certification requirements include equipment, tools and training mandatory to repair the 2015 Ford F150 that is built with military-grade aluminum alloy. Shops enrolling must agree to complete and comply to all of the aluminum requirements by 12/31/14 to maintain ongoing certification-recognition. For the Aluminum requirements, you have a development grace period to complete new training and buy necessary aluminum repair tools and equipment.*
